    Incredibly rude and ignorant staff. I waited patiently at the bar for over 10 minutes hoping to be served. In this time, I was not acknowledged once. The staff seemed more concerned with serving regular customers (who didn't need serving when I arrived), and tending to other tasks behind the bar, such as rearranging glasses on the shelves. All it needed was a member of staff to acknowledge that they'd seen me waiting.
